We understand that plans change and pets sometimes have other ideas! Our goal is to keep things fair while making sure your driver’s time and preparation are respected.

Cancellations

• More than 24 hours before pickup:
  You may cancel or reschedule at no charge.
• Less than 12 hours before pickup:
  50% refund as credit to your account 
• No shows

                    Full cost of service will  be charged and forfeited  

Delays & No-Shows

Drivers wait up to 10 minutes past the scheduled time. After that, the trip may be marked as a no-show and billed in full.

Service Interruptions

If a ride must be cancelled by Furgo Rides (vehicle issue, weather, or emergency), you’ll receive a full refund or credit toward your next ride—your choice.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

All refunds are processed through our secure PCI-compliant payment system.
